If shipping charges are free, this doesn’t mean it should take a long time. We understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to get process your order quickly.
When you order from our website, we will ensure that your Order gets dispatched within 24-48 hours and gets delivered within 3 to 5 business days at max.
In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

What are the conditions for returning the item?
- Item must be returned in original condition
- Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
- Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase
How long after delivery can I submit my claim and how?

- You can also return the product by filling and submitting the return form along with the product
How will I be refunded in case of return?

What if I receive a faulty product?
If you receive an electronic item or an edible product in damaged/ broken, expired condition or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 48 hours for replacement / exchange.
What are the items that cannot be returned but can be exchanged?
We offer 7 day return policy for everything except.
- Edibles such as Sweets, Dry Fruits and other consumables cannot be returned.
- All promotional and discounted items cannot be returned.
- Phones / Tablets cannot be returned
- Customized products cannot be returned.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a refund.
You must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in acceptable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please note that 07 Day Returns Policy” does not apply to Plans, Seeds, Electronic Products, Mobile Phones, Perfumes & Fragrances, Inner wear, Lingerie, Beauty products and Jewellery.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a voucher of the same value.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same before rejecting the delivery.
